Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation text from us on the number provided by you.
We will confirm by text as default method and can send email confirmation by request only. In most cases, confirmation is sent within few hours of submitting your booking. If you do not hear from us, make sure to request a call back for confirmation of your order.
Depending on your booking type - dispatch may call you to collect a valid credit card information in order to secure and confirm your booking. (credit card will not be charged- the driver will charge at the end of service. You may request to pre-pay for your order once we have collected your credit card information.
If the use of Highway 407-ETR is requested. The applicable toll will be added to the final bill. Any stop requested along or out of the way can carry an addition charge- this includes multiple pickups and drop offs.
